Keeping up standards

There's something very satisfying about watching other folk at work, don't you think?

Sunday afternoon in Devanha Gardens is car wash time. Gail can be negligent in this department. So I was pleased to see her earlier today, getting busy unravelling the hose,  filling the buckets with soapy water and rolling up her sleeves.

I like to come out on the street and supervise progress. One has to maintain standards. It's also a good opportunity to meet with the neighbours, who often stop by and give me a friendly pat.

I've noticed that we often go on an interesting trip shortly after the Mini's been given a good scrub. I really really hope it's to Roseisle to meet the Dughallmor Beagles. I so like looking at the photos on their wonderful blog (www.dughallmorbeagles.blogspot.com). I overheard Gail telling someone about a possible rendezvous and wondering if my dicky heart would cope with the excitement of meeting these four young internet sensations.

Well I'll have you all know there's plenty of life in the old dog yet.......

Of course, there is, Hamish! You could probably teach the Dughallmor four a trick or two yourself. I agree with you, I love looking at their blog and all the great pictures they put up.

Have a good time, Hamish, whatever you do.

Kisses,
Stella

Well, we're glad to hear it Hamish....you'll need it for zooming around the beach with us hooligans, we can't wait to meet you!
And we'll see you at Beagadoon rehearsals this week? Hehe!
Great job supervising Gail with the car-washing, making sure she didn't miss any bits!
See you soon.....

Hamish, not only do you get to meet my adorable Rosie Posey in the fur, but you get to ride around in one of Mommy's absolute favorite cars.

You are one lucky pup!

Your pal,

Petey

Hi Hamish
You could do with coming over here and supervising our car washing - they dont do a very good job, the car is covered in drool!
Sounds like you are another eligible batchelor interested in young Rosie!
In which case Auntie Bailey will have to assess your suitability!!
