In truth, mostly just a couch potato these days....

I do want to apologize for having given the wrong impression in my previous post. It was never my intention to claim that my many and varied skills include surfing.....The picture that caused the confusion came from a silly calendar.

The reality is, I find waves scary.

So, dear Stella, there is no need at all to worry about me overtaxing my aging body. I am quite happy spending most of my time just relaxing on the sofa.

Hamish, dear lad...we know better!
You indeed surf the net!
That picture of you is so, so cute...a pooch in his twilight years living the high life!
Tons of licks

Hamish, dear friend, we love you whether you surf or not - the most important thing is that we are all friends here.

Well, you sure had me fooled. Look sactly like you! I was wondering why you didn't have a wet suit on though, I thought the water near you was down right cold! I think we need to add Pub crawling to our list of pursuits instead of all this sporty sprain yer knees kinda stuff. Puffers likes coffee shop trolling, but he's metrosexual and likes biscotti biscuits with his lattes. I'm more of a whiskey or Guiness kinda gal. I likes to sleep in late and all that caffiene gives me the jitters.

Not to worry, Hamish, I knew it wasn't the real you.

My life is quite dull too. The daily walks, the same people, yearning to chase the cat but my Mom won't allow it. So I snooze a lot myself and think of Musole and the Raffingora gang and their difficulties and feel quite sad. But then a knock on the door comes, and I go tell my Mom, and she thanks me and I feel very wanted right where I am. I know you do too.

Kisses,
Stella

Ciao bello Hamish!

Ah, who needs surfing, anyway!?! I'm with you: a good nap on the couch is a great way to recharge the creative/intellectual batteries! (La mia ragazza says my batteries are apparently still on low, however..... heeeeeeee!!!)

Tanti baci!

Hamish. I'm not aging. Yet. But I love couches and couch potatoes (what are those?) It's all about comfort and whatever it takes to achieve it.

You look like an expert at whatever you do. Sleeping or surfing (in your dreams.)

Keep it up. You are a role model.

Hamish, we know you are too sensible to try surfing! Couch surfing takes skill too, you know!
